Refund and Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

• • The product must be returned sealed, unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect, resalable condition. We do not accept returns or refunds for kits that have been opened, started, or are incomplete, as they lose their integrity and value.

  • The customer must first notify us via email before sending the item back

  • Refund Process: The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days after the receipt and inspection of the returned item and will be made using the same original payment method.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The costs of return shipping are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is damaged or due to an error on our part.
