Exchange Policy

Deadline: We accept exchanges within 15 days after receiving the order.

Condition: We only accept exchanges for products that meet the return conditions above: sealed, unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect, resalable condition.

Damages/Missing Parts: If the kit has missing parts or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours. The store will arrange for the replacement of defective parts or the exchange of the kit, if applicable, bearing the shipping costs in these cases.

Exchange Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the return of the original item and for the shipment of the new item are generally borne by the customer.
